Monday, December 5 – Drill Team 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. all cadets interested in being on the drill team are encouraged to attend. Dress is in civilian attire – bring your boots and wedge.

Tuesday, December 6 – Range Team Try Outs 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. all cadets interested in trying out for the range team are encouraged to attend. Dress is civilian attire. The final team will consist of 5 cadets (two under 15 and 3 over 15) and will be chosen after January 10 to compete at the Zone Range Competition on February 25.

Wednesday, December 7 – Annual Christmas Mess Dinner Welland Legion – 383 Morningstar Avenue Cadets are to arrive for 6:00 p.m. with dinner being served at promptly at 6:30 p.m. Cadets are to be picked up at 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, December 10 – Fenwick Christmas Parade – Cadets are to meet at Bethany Christian Reform Church (1086 Balfour St., Fenwick) for 12:15 p.m. Make sure you wear layers under your uniform, we will have extra parkas for cadets who do not have one. Bring plain black gloves. The parade will head North on Balfour Street to Canboro Road, West on Canboro Road to Church Street, North on Church Street to Centennial Park (999 Church St., Fenwick).

Wednesday, November 30 – Regular Parade Night – Dress C-2

There will be an NCO (Sgts and above) meeting immediately following cadets tonight. Please tell your parents to pick you up at 9:20 p.m.

There will be a meeting immediately folowing cadets for those cadets that are instructing during the FTX. Please tell your parents to pick you up at 9:15 pm.

Due to the instructor meeting the NCO meeting for this week is CANCELLED. It will be held next week.

Friday, November 25 – cadet drop off at 6:00 pm. With health card, permission slip and required items from the kit list.

Sunday, November 27 – cadet pick up 12:00 pm

Welland Santa Claus Parade

Cadets are reminded to be at Canadian Tire Financial Services (corner of East Main and Wellington St) for 3:15 pm today in full uniform with plain black gloves and their cadet parka. If you do not have a parka make sure you have a civilian winter jacket as we will have a limited number of cadet parkas to issue. The parade starts at 4:00 pm and ends at City Hall. Cadets are to be picked up at Market Square for 5:00 p.m. (approximately).

Sunday, November 20 – Bowl-a-thon Kingsway Bowling Alley 5:00 – 7:00 pm
Don’t forget your pledge sheets.

Final Poinsettia Orders are due on Wednesday.

Saturday, November 19, 2016 – City of Welland Christmas Parade Meet at Canadian Tire Financial Services parking (corner of East Main and Wellington Streets) at 3:15 in your full uniform with cadet parka and plain black gloves. We will do our best to loan jackets to those cadets that have not yet been issued one. The parade ends at the Civic Square.

Sunday, November 20 – Bowl-a-thon – Kingsway Bowling Lanes 4:00 p.m. Don’t forget your pledge sheets.
