Still tracking for a 9:30 return.

We have just gotten back on the bus from stopping for dinner in Cobourg. Tentative arrival time in Welland is 9:30 p.m. Another post will made once we hit Hamilton.

It’s almost time for the year end trip! A finalized itinerary is below. Please note our accommodations will now be at St, Lawrence College Residence.

REMINDERS: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL THE ITEMS ON THE KIT LIST – THEY ARE MANDATORY.

HEALTH CARD IS REQUIRED. If you have not handed in a permission slip, bring a signed copy with you (see earlier post for link to slip).

DO NOT FORGET LUNCH FOR FRIDAY AND A REFILLABLE WATER BOTTLE.

The following cadets have been selected to attend summer training and are scheduled to depart on SUNDAY, JULY 7 (Course ends on August 2):

All training courses will take place at Blackdown Cadet Training Centre (CFB Borden).

Important:

Travel details will be shared once available (typically one week before departure). Cadets must travel in uniform (Dress C3 – no tunic or tie). Cadets MUST HAVE THEIR HEALTH CARD AND OFFER OF PARTICIPATION TO BOARD THE BUS (Squadron staff will be at the departure point to provide).

Six more days until the year end trip! The final balance for the trip is due on June 24, 2024. Questions regarding payment can be emailed to treasurer@87eagle.ca A link to the kit list is below. Cadets MUST bring their health card, refillable water bottle, hat, sunscreen AND LUNCH FOR FRIDAY!

We will be departing from Centennial High School on Friday, June 28 at 8:30 a.m. A finalized itinerary will be posted early next week.

Cadets are reminded of the requirements of the Cadet Code of Conduct and are encouraged to review it to ensure the trip is fun for everyone.
