For those cadets that signed up for gliding tomorrow, you need to be at the Niagara District Airport for 12:45 p.m. in front of the CASARA building (once at airport park in front of the big blue hangar). Although the forecast is good it is always colder on the airfield so make sure you have a jacket, long pants, hat, sunscreen and water bottle. Pick up will be between 4-4:30 p.m.
1. GLIDING – SATURDAY OCTOBER 21
Our second gliding date for the year is this Saturday from 12:45pm to 5:00pm. Please be sure to have eaten lunch.
Dress:
For all the cadets that signed up, the weather is currently forecasted to be cool, and it is always more cool on the flight line (where we will be spending all of our time). Cadets not dressed appropriately for the weather conditions may be required to stay off of the airfield.

2. PARENTS SPONSORING COMMITTEE AGM 2017 – WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 1st
This years Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, November 1st at 7:00pm at the Airport Office.
3. BOWL-A-THON PLEDGE FORMS DUE NEXT WEEK – WEDNESDAY OCTOBER 25
Pledge forms for this years Bowl-A-Thon are due next week.
The Bowl-A-Thon will take place on Saturday October 28th @ 4:00pm at the Kingsway Lanes (215 Riverside Drive, Welland ON L3B 3N9).
We are looking for donations of gift certificates or passes as prizes. Please see Mrs. Kalenuik.
4. NEXT DRILL TEAM PRACTICE – TUESDAY NOVEMBER 7th (NO DRILL TEAM PRACTICE ON HALLOWEEN)
Reminder that tomorrow’s parade night is a CO Parade. All cadets are expected to be in full-uniform with medals, boots polished, shirts and pants ironed, correct rank badges, and name tags. Attendance is important!
NCO Meeting tomorrow night, so pickup will be 21:20 for Sgt’s and above and flight staff.
Please make sure to dress for the weather and be prepared to form up outside.
