ANNUAL CHRISTMAS POINSETTIA FUNDRAISER

In co-operation with Vermeer’s Greenhouses, the Parent Sponsoring Committee is proud to present our Annual Christmas Poinsettia Fundraiser Event. All proceeds support 87 Eagle squadron!

We have many different selections of Poinsettias available for sale this year which includes the following plants:

  • 6” – Poinsettia – pot cover included $8.00 – Red, White, Pink & Marble
  • 8” – Poinsettia – pot cover included $17.00 – Red, White, Marble & Tri-Colour
  • 10” – Poinsettia – pot cover included $22.00 – Red, White, Marble & Tri-Colour
  • 10’ – Porch Pot $31.00 – (decorative winter greens, includes Cedar, Pine & Red Dogwood)

Please have your order forms in by November 22nd (delivery on November 25th @ Vermeer’s – 684 South Pelham Street, Welland at 9:00 a.m.)

REMINDERS – WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 1

Just a reminder to all parents of the Fall Annual General Meeting taking place tomorrow night at 6:30 p.m. in the Administration Trailer next to hangar 1. Stop in for some refreshments and to hear what the Parents Sponsoring Committee is doing.

There will also be an NCO meeting for all Sgts and above after dismissal. Pick up time for these cadets will be 9:20 p.m.

Please be advised for those that placed honey orders they will be ready for pick up on Wednesday night.

BOWL-A-THON PLEDGE SHEETS DUE

The Bowl-A-Thon will take place on Saturday October 28th @ 4:00pm at the Kingsway Lanes (215 Riverside Drive, Welland ON L3B 3N9). If you are planning on taking part your pledge sheets are due on Wednesday night.

Gliding Saturday October 21

For those cadets that signed up for gliding tomorrow, you need to be at the Niagara District Airport for 12:45 p.m. in front of the CASARA building (once at airport park in front of the big blue hangar). Although the forecast is good it is always colder on the airfield so make sure you have a jacket, long pants, hat, sunscreen and water bottle. Pick up will be between 4-4:30 p.m.
