We are excited to share our latest newsletter from the Parents Sponsoring Committee, witch includes important dates and details about our upcoming fundraisers for the new Training year. We warmly invite you to our Parents Sponsoring Committee Potluck BBQ, a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow parents, connect with the sponsoring committee, and learn more about volunteering with 87 Eagle Squadron. We hope to see you there!
Jump Start Hand Tool Bingo is this Saturday.

We are requesting all volunteers be at the Legion by 5:30 p.m. latest. Doors open at 6:00 p.m.
Together, we can make a difference in each child’s life.
Remember all funds raised at the Hand Tool Bingo stay in Welland.

There will NOT be a Parents meeting this Wednesday.
Rather we will start the year off with a formal AGM, and carry the momentum from then.

Here at Canadian Tire Welland we are in full Jumpstart mode. We have the Hand Tool bingo on Saturday June 22nd for Jumpstart on the go.
We need your help: with 5 tables still to sell and it being only a couple weeks away, any assistance with selling them would go a long way with me, and our efforts to support Jumpstart! Both Canadian Tire and Jumpstart have been big supporters of our Squadron.
Grabbing a table of 8 is as easy as: transferring your table payment of $400.00 and team name to: treasurer@87eagle.ca.
In addition I have arranged a “Night at Merrittville” supporting Jumpstart. A portion of ticket sales comes back to the Welland Chapter of Jumpstart. We have roughly 200 tickets to sell.

Senior 60yrs & Up: $18.00
Youth 13-18 yrs: $16.00

P.S. Don’t forget to grab your Awards Night tickets! The Awards Night on Wed, May 29 requires tickets to attend (no tickets needed for the Annual Ceremonial Review on Sat, May 25). Up to 2 guest tickets per cadet are available tonight at the Office, with the second batch coming next week.
