All Level 1 and 2 cadets;

If you applied or have yet to apply, we require new information from you BEFORE next week. The vaccination status requirements have changed, and we now need proof of second dose for applications.

Beginning summer 2022, CAPs will be delivered as follows :

  • CAP Yr 1:  5-day experience that allows cadets opportunities to build confidence and meet other cadets through participation in fun, safe, challenging, and well-organized activities in their local areas. Cadet participants are generally aged 12-13 and are about to enter their second year of training at a corps/squadron. 
  • CAP Yr 2:  12-day experience that allows cadets opportunities to build leadership and interpersonal skills through participation in fun, safe, challenging, and well-organized activities in their local areas. Cadet participants are generally aged 13-14 and are about to enter their third year of training at a corps/squadron.

81st Annual Ceremonial Review

All cadet families;

The Cadets, Commanding Officer, Staff and Parents Sponsoring Committee request the honour of your presence for this years Annual Ceremonial Review.

The Annual Ceremonial Review is the most important event of the cadet training year. This mandatory parade allows the cadets to display what they have learned over the past year, and to celebrate their accomplishments with awards, guest speakers, and special presentations.

We invite all cadet families to attend. Please see the attached invitation, and make sure to RSVP via the link provided in the invite.

C-17 Globemaster and C-130 Hercules Familiarization Flight – Tomorrow

All cadets attending;

For tomorrow’s flight, please read the following important details:

Who: Cadets that were accepted to attend, see Teams for full list.
Parent Drop-off: 0800hrs at Notre Dame College School in Welland (64 Smith St, Welland ON L3C 4H4)
Parent Pickup: Staff will post on 87eagle.ca for pickup at least 2 hours before arrival, current estimate is 2100hrs, however, please be prepared to pick up significantly earlier.

Cadet Dress: FTUs
Bring: Health card, water bottle, snacks, permission form (if you have not submitted it yet)
Health Measures: Masks required, screening before you arrive, there is a declaration form to fill out on arrival as well.

Reminder: Do not be late, the bus leaves at 0815 and those that miss the buss will not be permitted to attend.
