Parents – What can you do?

  • Review safety rules with your cadet – they are permitted to have their cell phone for emergency use and/or to contact the office.
  • Make sure your cadet has eaten before their tagging shift, and they bring a water bottle to keep hydrated.
  • Make sure your cadet dresses for the weather. They may wear their cadet issued or civilian winter jacket or toque. Gloves should be black if possible.
  • Check on your cadet routinely during their tagging shift.
  • Please remain with your child until their cadet partner has arrive/left.
