The parade will start at 4:00pm be at the Welland Canadian Tire Financial (corner of Wellington st and East main St) no later than 3:30pm, to be formed up and ready to march.
Pick up will be at 4:45pm, Holy Trinity Church parking lot (Welland farmers market square) Cross St and Division St.
