Tagging

For tagging we are meeting in the store beside Northern Reflections at the Seaway Mall (Go in Pizza Pizza entrance, and Northern Reflections is down the hall on the left before the cafeteria).

Thursday Oct 9: 1700 to 2100
Friday Oct 10 (Afternoon P.A. Day): 1300 to 1630
Friday Oct 10 (Evening): 1700 to 2100
Saturday Oct 11 (Morning): 900 to 1200
Saturday Oct 11 (Afternoon): 1300 to 1730

2014 Cadet European Tour

Cadets and parents are invited to attend a showing of the film the 2014 Cadet European Tour which was made this summer. This is a movie of the major battle grounds of the wars and shows the cadets response to being at these locations. Details are:

Cadets are to be in uniform.

Fall FTX: October 24-26

All cadets from 87 Eagle Squadron are invited and encouraged to attend the Fall Training Exercise to take place at Camp Wetaskiwin in St. Catharines. The timings you need to be aware of are as follows:

24 Oct 14 at 7:00 PM
Cadets to be dropped off at Camp Wetaskiwin. You must be in possession of your health card and have had supper.

26 Oct 14 at 2:00 PM
Cadets to be picked up at Camp Wetaskiwin.

Note: New cadets must have their paperwork in, and returning cadets must have their annual validations forms in to the office prior to being able to attend.

Food Allergies: If any cadets have food allergies, please let the office know asap.

Thanksgiving Weekend Tagging

Upcoming tagging for the Thanksgiving weekend (October 9th to 11th) this year will be split into the following shifts:

Thursday Oct 9: 1700 to 2100
Friday Oct 10 (Afternoon P.A. Day): 1300 to 1630
Friday Oct 10 (Evening): 1700 to 2100
Saturday Oct 11 (Morning): 900 to 1200
Saturday Oct 11 (Afternoon): 1300 to 1730

Meeting place will be at the Seaway Mall, store will be announced.

All cadets are required to do 3 full shifts. Sign up sheets will be out next week.

Announcements Update & Upcoming Fundraising Events

Correction for this Wednesday: Previously we had stated that only level 2 and above need to have physical training gear and running shoes, however, all levels need to have their PT gear and proper running shoes for this Wednesday night.
