Warrant Officer Second Class Merit Review Board Interviews

As a reminder, MRBs for promotion to Warrant Officer Second Class are scheduled for tomorrow night (Tuesday, December 20). Dress is C1.

Due to the cancellation of last week’s parade night, those Flight Sergeants that are interested in being interviewed to be considered for promotion are to email Capt Norio at Ann.Norio@cadets.gc.ca no later than 8:00 p.m. TONIGHT so that an interview schedule can be set. I will then send you your interview time slot. The first interview will be at 7:00 p.m.

Again, the interviews will take approximately 10-15 minutes and consist of knowledge based questions as well as behavioural situation type questions.

Tonight’s Parade Night is Cancelled

There is a snow squall warning in effect from Environment Canada with forecasted snowfall amounts of 10 to 15 cm, possible near zero visibility whiteout conditions, and heavy and blowing snow. Road closures are possible, and weather conditions at the airport tend to be more extreme than in the city.

With this all in mind, we have decided to cancel cadets for this evening.

Just a reminder that next week will be our Christmas party, and an update post will be released with more details as we get closer to.

Stay safe and stay warm tonight,

Lt. Bowman
