March Break Trip

Those cadets that are attending the March Break Trip are reminded that the remaining balance (if not already paid) and a photocopy of the document you will be using to cross the border is due on Wednesday, February 28.

A short meeting will be held immediately following dismissal tomorrow night (Wednesday, February 28) for those attending the trip (parents are ENCOURAGED to attend) to distribute a letter with departure information and a kit list and to answer any questions.

Cadets are reminded that a SLEEPING BAG is MANDATORY for the trip. If you do not have one, please see Capt Norio.

Range Team

The following cadets have been successful in advancing to the Zone Range Competition:

The competition will take place on Saturday, March 3 at the Armoury in St.Catharines. Cadets need to arrive for 8:15 a.m. lunch will be provided. Further details will be provided on Wednesday.

Aviation and Range Training Weekend

Details for tomorrow are as follows:

Timing:

Saturday @ 0930hrs to Sunday @ 1200hrs at 87 LHQ

Bring:

Please see the Kit List, and be sure to bring the following:

  • Health card
  • Packed lunch for Saturday
  • Water bottle
  • Travel mug for hot chocolate
  • Prescription medications (report in to office on arrival)
  • Winter coats, hat and mits for outdoor training
  • Level 1’s: Please bring 2L empty pop bottle if possible (we will have extras, but do not want to be short)
  • Notebooks and writing utensils
